The app

Ouii is an iPhone app that helps a couple plan their wedding: guests, budget, to-dos, seating, ideas and schedule. It is published by Safa Shams in Switzerland (see the legal notice). By using it you accept these terms, as well as Apple’s standard licence agreement for App Store apps.

Free, then Ouii Pro

Ouii is free to download and to use with no time limit for up to 30 guests, 2 tables and 20 images. Ouii Pro is a one-time purchase (non-renewing, no subscription) that removes these limits and adds every theme, automatic seating and room drawing.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The price is the one shown in the App Store at that time.
• The purchase applies to your Apple Account and, through Family Sharing, to your family group. Your partner gets it in the wedding you share.
• It can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
• Refunds follow Apple’s rules.

Your content

What you write and the images you add belong to you. They are kept in your iCloud; we have no access to them. You are responsible for what you put there and how you share it.

Online RSVP

If you turn on online RSVP, you choose to send your guests’ first names and household names to our server (see the privacy policy). You agree to include only people you are actually inviting, to let them know their reply goes through this service, and not to use the links for anything else. This service comes with no guarantee of permanent availability: keep another way to reach your guests.

Fair use

You agree not to misuse the app or the server: no attempts to access other couples’ data, no automated submissions, no unlawful content.

Availability and liability

Ouii is provided “as is”. We do our best for it to work well and for no data to be lost, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free, nor that iCloud, the App Store or networks will work. Ouii is an organising tool: the amounts, dates and lists it shows depend on what you enter. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for Ouii Pro.

We may change the app and add or remove features. What you bought remains yours for the features described at the time of purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. For any question: safa.shams@hotmail.ch.
